Deposits and cancellations
We prepare products for each session in advance. Notice is counted in business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. For a Monday appointment, let us know by Friday at 5pm.

Two or more no-shows in six months may require prepayment for future visits. Extenuating circumstances are reviewed case by case. Booking means you agree to this policy.
